PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. – University of Arkansas – Fort Smith Men's Golf placed 14th at the Spring Bulldog Clash at the Caledonia Golf and Fish Club Tuesday.
The Lions battled frigid temperatures as they finished with a 54-hole total of 892 (+52). They carded rounds of 299-290-303 and finished with 169 pars and 19 birdies.
Alex Bloxham, Braylon Mahanay and Murphy Allard all tied for 42nd to finish with 224s (+14). Allard led the Lions with seven birdies amid rounds of 73-74-77 while Mahanay and Bloxham each tallied four birdies.
Mahanay had rounds of 81-69-74 with Bloxham carding rounds of 77-73-74.
Sam Sewell finished 60th with 227 (+17) tallying rounds of 73-74-80 while Christopher Taylor rounded out the UAFS lineup with a 231 (+21) after rounds of 76-77-78.
Next up UAFS will host the Shadow Valley Invitational March 2-3 at Shadow Valley Country Club.
