FORT SMITH, Ark. - University of Arkansas - Fort Smith Volleyball has announced its 2025 schedule, with the Lions slated to play 29 matches this fall.

The schedule features 16 MIAA matches and five opponents that qualified for the 2024 NCAA II Tournament.

UAFS will play in three nonconference tournaments, starting September 5-6 at the Union Volleyball Classic in Jackson, Tennessee. The Lions will then return to the Reddie-Tiger Invitational Sept. 11-13 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, before concluding tournament play with the Harding Invitational Sept. 19-20.

The Lions serve up their second year in the MIAA Sept. 25 at Newman University followed by a match at Pittsburg State. UAFS hosts its first match at the Stubblefield Center on October 3 against Central Missouri followed by a home date against Missouri Southern Oct. 4.

A home-and-home nonconference series against UA-Monticello will be played Oct. 7 & 14, with the Lions on the road for the first matchup before hosting the second contest.

In between the UAM matches are home contests versus Missouri Western and Northwest Missouri State Oct. 10-11 before the Lions close the season with 10 league matches.

Remaining road opponents include Nebraska-Kearney, Fort Hays State, Central Oklahoma, Missouri Southern, Central Missouri, Emporia State and Washburn.

The Lions will play just three of their final 10 matches at home against Central Oklahoma, Newman and Pittsburg State, with the matchup against PSU on November 8 serving as the home finale.

Postseason play begins Nov. 20-22 with the MIAA Tournament with the NCAA II Regionals set for December 4-7.
