WARRENSBURG, Mo. – Women's Golf concluded the Midwest Classic Tuesday with a sixth-place finish at Mules National Golf Club.
The Lions had a three-round total of 903 (+63) with rounds of 300-296-307. The Lions totaled 25 birdies and 149 pars for the event.
Aliesa Situmorang led the Lions in a tie for 23rd, shooting a 225 (+15). She had rounds of 74-76-75 and led the Lions with 34 pars while finishing with three birdies.
Kaitlyn Canales and Catherine Haas-Black each tied for 29th with a 228 (+18), with Canales carding rounds of 73-80-75 and Haas-Black recording scores of 72-77-79. Haas-Black led the Lions with seven birdies while Canales totaled six. Canales finished tied for third overall in par-5 scoring at two under.
Ali Perry sandwiched a second round 70 (E) with a pair of 81s as she finished 39th with a 232 (22). She had four birdies in round two. Lauren Evans tied for 40th with a 233 (+23) after rounds of 82-73-78. Evans tallied five birdies, including four in round two.
Paris Dufresne competed as an individual, tallying a 239 (+29) to tie for 58th. Dufresne had rounds of 85-75-79 and finished with three birdies.
