FORT SMITH, Ark. – Andrew Fakult finished in a four-way tie for fourth to lead University of Arkansas - Fort Smith Men's Golf at the Hardscrabble Invitational.
Fakult carded a three-round total of 217 (+7), with a low score of 70 (-1) in round two. He had a team-high 11 birdies and was four-under on par-5s. The 11 birdies tied for the second most in the tournament.
Jaden Chavez tied for 21st with a 228 (+18), carding a pair of 78s after a first round 72 (+2). Chavez led UAFS with 33 pars.
Ryan Bell and Preston Green each tied for 32nd with 234s (+24), while Lucky Boonsrirat tied for 35th with a 237 (+27).
UAFS finished fifth with a 909 (+69) after shooting 298-298-313.
