FORT SMITH, Ark. – The University of Arkansas - Fort Smith tennis teams will host their home opener Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Fort Smith Tennis Club against Southwest Baptist.

Women's tennis is coming off a 7-0 loss to Christian Brothers to open the season but will look to bounce back against the Bearcats. This is the first of a stretch of three out of four matches at home for the Lady Lions.

Men's tennis earned a 4-3 win at Christian Brothers to open the season, with Daniel Borrero and Juan Rosello each going 2-0 to lead the Lions to victory.

Both teams will rely on upperclassmen experience this season, with each team featuring three seniors.

Admission to the matches at the Fort Smith Athletic Club is $1.
