FORT SMITH, Ark. - University of Arkansas - Fort Smith Baseball will host Rogers State Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Crowder Field in the home finale for the Lions, with Senior Day taking place prior to the game.
UAFS will then travel to Emporia State for a weekend series, with game one Friday at 6 p.m. Game two will be Saturday at 2 p.m. with the series finale Sunday at noon. All four games will be streamed on the MIAA Network with live stats available at uafortsmithlions.com.

NOTES:
LAST WEEK: UAFS had the weekend off after defeating Northeastern State, 15-11, last Tuesday.
MIDWEEK MAGIC: The Lions are 5-0 in their last five midweek games against Northeastern State and Rogers State.
AT THE PLATE: Outfielder Cooper White leads the Lions with a .346 batting average with four home runs and 29 runs driven in. White has a team-high 13 multi-hit games and eight multi-RBI games.
ON THE MOUND: Right-hander Chase Pair leads the Lions on the mound with a 4-2 record and a 3.51 ERA. Lefty Grant Shankle is 407 with a 4.32 ERA and a pair of saves.
LEADING AFTER 6: UAFS is 10-4 when leading after six innings this season, but is without a win when trailing after six frames.
SCOUTING RSU: The Hillcats are 24-17, 14-15 MIAA and is fourth in the league with a 5.34 team ERA. Infielder Andrew Ramirez leads the Hillcats with a .319 average with 11 homers and 48 RBIs.
SCOUTING ESU: The Hornets are 21-19, 14-15 MIAA and have won their last four outings. Outfielder Noah Steele is batting .372 with 13 homers and 46 RBIs while starter Cade Barton is 5-2 with a 3.35 ERA in 53.2 innings pitched.
THE SERIES: UAFS leads the all-time series with Rogers State, 21-10, while this will be the inaugural series with Emporia State.
