FORT SMITH, Ark. – It's another lengthy road trip for University of Arkansas - Fort Smith Women's Basketball, as the Lions prepare to visit Texas A&M-Kingsville and Texas A&M International this week.
UAFS will visit the Javelinas for a 5:30 p.m. tip Thursday followed by a trip to Laredo to take on the Dustdevils at 1 p.m. Saturday.

LAST WEEK: UAFS was defeated in a pair of home games last weekend against Texas Woman's and UT Tyler.
CAREER HIGH: Guard Aaliyah Prince scored a career-high 30 points in the game against TWU on 12-for-18 shooting and 6-of-9 from the free throw line.
1,000: Prince scored her 1,000th career point in the game against Texas Woman's, spanning her time at both New Mexico State and UAFS.
AROUND THE LEAGUE: Prince is seventh in the league in scoring at 15.2 points per game. Guard Riley Hayes leads the league in 3-point field goal percentage at 42.4 percent and is second with 2.8 made threes per game. Forward Kayla Brundidge ranks eighth with 1.2 blocks per contest.
FROM DISTANCE: Hayes made six threes in the game against UT Tyler, making six threes in a game for the second time this season. It is the third time in her career Hayes has made at least six threes in a game. Hayes and guard Hannah Boyett combined for 10 of the 13 made threes for UAFS Sunday.
RECORD WATCH: Boyett moved into second all-time with 122 career made threes. Hayes ranks eighth with 62 made triples.
THE SERIES: The Lions are 1-3 all-time against Texas A&M-Kingsville and 17-5 versus Texas A&M International.
SCOUTING TAMUK: The Javelinas are 6-6, 3-3 LSC but have lost four of their past five games. Guard Brianna Pena leads TAMUK with 12.5 points per game while guard Mia Rivers averages 10.3 points per game and leads the LSC with 5.1 assists per game. The Javelinas are tops in the LSC in 3-point field goal percentage (35.3) and opponent 3-point percentage (23.8). TAMUK also leads the league in assist/turnover ratio.
SCOUTING TAMIU: The Dustdevils have won five in a row to enter the weekend 10-4, 3-3 LSC. They lead the LSC in scoring, scoring defense, scoring margin, field goal percentage and assists. Forward Rai Brown leads the LSC in scoring at 18.6 points per game while also averaging 5.6 boards per game.
