FORT SMITH, Ark. - University of Arkansas - Fort Smith Women's Basketball will conclude the 2025-26 regular season this week as the Lions host Central Oklahoma and Rogers State at the Stubblefield Center.
The Lions and Bronchos will meet at 5:30 p.m. with the Lions then taking on the Hillcats at 1 p.m. Saturday. Both games will be streamed on the MIAA Network and broadcast on Fox Sports Radio 103.5. Live stats will be available at uafortsmithlions.com.
Prior to Saturday's game the Lions will have Senior Day for guard Telisha Brown and forward Layne Kirkendoll.
NOTES:
LAST WEEK: The Lions dropped a pair of tough road games at Missouri Western and Northwest Missouri in their final road trip of the season.
RECORD WATCH: Kirkendoll ranks sixth all-time with 64 career blocks.
A KEY PIECE: Guard Keytonna Ross is leading the Lions with 9.8 points per game in MIAA play. She scored a season-high 17 points last week at Missouri Western.
SCOUTING UCO: The Bronchos are 9-17, 4-13 MIAA and are last in the MIAA in shooting percentage. Guard Nykaiya Dillard leads the Bronchos by averaging 11.7 points per game.
SCOUTING RSU: The Hillcats are 9-17, 6-11 MIAA and average just 60.0 points per game. No player averages double figures, with guard Ataya Casaus leading the way with 9.2 points per game.
THE SERIES: UAFS is 4-11 all-time against Central Oklahoma and 12-4 versus Rogers State.
