TOPEKA, Kan. - University of Arkansas - Fort Smith Men's Tennis wrapped up the ITA Central Regional Sunday, where Eduardo Bribiesca and Birk Arwedahl advanced to the semifinals in the maid doubles draw.

The duo won their opening match, 9-8 (7-4), before going the distance in round two with a 9-8 (14-12) win. In the quarterfinals, the pair won, 8-6, before suffering an 8-1 defeat to the eventual champions from Harding.

Kevin Praphan and Rodrigo Hoppe won 8-4 in the consolation bracket of the B Draw before falling in the semifinals, 8-6.

Singles action saw Bribiesca pick up a win in round one while Hoppe earned a win in the consolation bracket of the main draw.

Praphan and Nathan Rigault each won their opening matches in the B Draw singles.

The Lions will wrap up their fall schedule October 10-11 at the TAMUT Eagle Invite in Texarkana, Texas.
