FORT SMITH, Ark. - University of Arkansas - Fort Smith Men's Basketball will look to build upon its 2-0 start to the season when the Lions welcome a pair of in-state NCAA III opponents to the Stubblefield Center this week.
The Lions will face University of the Ozarks at 6 p.m. Tuesday in its annual Toy Toss game before taking on Hendrix College at 6 p.m. Thursday. Both games will be streamed on the MIAA Network and broadcast on Fox Sports Radio 103.5. Live stats will be available at uafortsmithlions.com.
Tuesday's Toy Toss game will collect toys to donate to children of the River Valley. Fans may exchange a toy for free admission with soft toys then being tossed on the court after the Lions score their first point. Following the game, fans are invited to stay after the game to receive an autographed 2025-26 schedule poster.Â

LAST WEEK: The Lions started the season 2-0 with wins over Harding and Ouachita Baptist at the MIAA/GAC Challenge.
DOING MOORE: Guard Christian Moore converted a three-point play with 15 seconds left to give the Lions the win over Ouachita Baptist. Moore was 11-for-13 at the line in the win with 20 points and dished out seven assists in the win over Harding.
SEEING DOUBLE: Forward Kameron Johnson posed a double-double of 16 points and 13 rebounds in the win over OBU. Nine of his 13 rebounds were of the offensive variety.
DEPTH CHART: UAFS had four players average double figures over the weekend, led by guard Brandon Scott at 14.5 points per game.
SCOUTING UO: The Eagles are 0-2 to start the season and play an exhibition at Rogers State Monday before taking on the Lions. Guard DJ Miller leads the Eagles with 14.0 points per game.
SCOUTING HC: The Warriors are 0-3 on the young season and play at Monticello Tuesday. Guard Joseph Dockett paces Hendrix with 17.7 points and 7.0 rebounds per game.
THE SERIES: The Lions are 4-0 all-time versus Ozarks and 1-1 against Hendrix.
50: With his next win, head coach Zane Gibson will reach his 50th career win as a head coach.
