FORT SMITH, Ark. - University of Arkansas - Fort Smith Men's Basketball has announced its summer camp dates, offering both youth camps and elite camps.

Four youth camps for those entering grades K-8 will be offered, two in June and two in July. Camp will involve the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, and shooting. Competition games from 1v1, 3v3, and 5v5 will be played, with prizes will go out to winners of different fun activities. Cost of the camp is $65.

Dates for the four youth camps are as follows:

·         June 10-12 – 9 a.m. to noon

·         June 24-26 – 9 a.m. to noon

·         July 8-10 – 9 a.m. to noon

·         July 22-24 – 9 a.m. to noon

Three elite camps for grades 9-12 will be offered June 1, July 9 and August 3. Elite camps cost $50 and run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day. Camp will be designed as a normal practice for a UAFS men's basketball player, featuring ball handling, offensive and defensive drills, and five-on-five games.

The coaching staff will also be traveling for three satellite elite camps, visiting Tulsa, Dallas and Little Rock.

All camps will take place at the Stubblefield Center and be under the direction of head coach Zane Gibson, the UAFS coaching staff and current players.
