LAREDO, Texas – University of Arkansas – Fort Smith Men's Basketball had three score in double figures in a 76-56 loss at Texas A&M International Thursday.
Guard Roland McCoy led the Lions with 15 points while guard Cameron Bush had 11 and forward Ryan Maxwell 10. McCoy and Maxwell each had a team-high four rebounds.
The Lions scored the first four points of the game before the Dustdevils answered with a 13-0 run. UAFS shot just 28.0 percent in the first half, but then shot 44.4 percent in the second half to outscore the Dustdevils, 37-35.
Up next for the Lions is a matchup at Texas A&M-Kingsville at 3 p.m. Saturday.
