Demmer had a team-high 28 kills and averaged a team-best 3.50 kills per set during the Lady Lions' conference wins at Dallas Baptist (3-0) and St. Edward's (3-2) last week. 
She had one assist and served two aces. She had 31 digs, averaged 3.88 digs per set and had six total blocks. 
She had one double-double, collecting 19 kills and 22 digs against St. Edward's.
