PREVIOUS: Attended Oklahoma for one season...pitched for Dodge City Community College...went 1-2 with nine strikeouts in 9.1 innings.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Mount St. Mary High School in Oklahoma City… rated the No. 13 prospect in the state of Oklahoma by Perfect Game, and the No. 14 prospect in the state by Prep Baseball Report… went 13-3 with a 1.70 ERA and 197 strikeouts and hit .411 in his high school career, earning an All-City Prep Sports Award… went 6-1 with a 1.60 ERA and 80 Ks and also batted .440 with a .591 OBP, five home runs and 32 RBI as a junior… as a sophomore, hit .392 at the plate and went 4-1 on the mound with 55 strikeouts… also lettered three years in football, earning All-Little City honors.
