FORT SMITH, Ark. – The University of Arkansas – Fort Smith women's basketball program invites fans, alumni, and community supporters to its 2nd Annual Tip-Off Dinner on Saturday, November 7, at The Bakery District in downtown Fort Smith.

The evening will feature keynote speaker Lynette Thrower, a member of the UAFS Student Affairs and Enrollment Management staff and the 2026–27 Staff Senate Chair.

Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with dinner and the program beginning at 6 p.m. Guests will enjoy a buffet-style dinner and hear from the Lions coaching staff as the program prepares for the upcoming 2026–27 season.

The annual event brings together supporters of UAFS women's basketball to celebrate the program and connect ahead of the new season.

Tickets are $45 and must be purchased by Monday, November 2. Tickets are available online here.

Attendees are also invited to an open practice on Sunday, November 8, at 10 a.m. inside the Stubblefield Center.
