FORT SMITH, Ark. - University of Arkansas - Fort Smith Women's Basketball returns to the Stubblefield Center this weekend to start a three-game homestand as the Lions host Northeastern State on Friday.

LAST WEEK: UAFS suffered a pair of road setbacks at Rogers State and Central Oklahoma.
8: The Lions had eight steals against Central Oklahoma, their second most in a game this season.

THE FIRST TIME: NSU took the first meeting of the season, 71-49, in the MIAA opener for both teams. Guard Jah'Mareah Linville scored 14 points with eight rebounds while guard Caiyiah Smith had 13 points for the Lions. Â
SCOUTING NSU: The RiverHawks are 12-3, 4-2 MIAA after winning both games last weekend. NSU leads the MIAA in free throw percentage and turnover margin and is led offensively by forward McKenzie Smith at 13.5 points and 5.7 rebounds per game.
