Davis homers in nonconference matchup at Henderson State

ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – Infielder Noah Davis hit a two-run homer but University of Arkansas – Fort Smith Baseball came up short, 7-5, in a nonconference matchup at Henderson State Tuesday.

Davis hit a two-run blast to tie the game at 5-5 in the top of the sixth, but the Reddies answered with two runs in the bottom half to regain the lead. The Lions put runners on in the seventh and eighth but were unable to scratch across a run.
