SAN ANTONIO – University of Arkansas – Fort Smith Men's Tennis had three singles matches go the distance as it dropped a 5-2 decision at St. Mary's Thursday.
Anis Ramchane picked up a 4-6, 6-3, 10-7 win at number three while Juan Rosello earned a come-from-behind, 1-6, 6-4, 7-6 (7-5) win at number four for the Lions' two points.
At number one, Wian Van Dyk went three sets as well, but fell 1-6, 6-3, 4-6.
Ramchane and Killian Darneaux paired for a 6-3 win at number three doubles but the Rattlers won the other two matches for the doubles point.
UAFS will travel to Ouachita Baptist Saturday at 1 p.m. for its final nonconference match of the season.
