UAFS baseball team has won the second game of the road series against Texas A&M International as the Lions defeated the DUstdevils by the score of 7-4. The Lions are now 2-0 on the season and will be looking to sweep the series in their third matchup of the weekend against the Dustdevils.
The Lions hd an early four run lead, followed by a two run fourth inning. Two of those runs came off a homerun by
Cash Balentine who helped the team secure a 7-4 victory against TAMIU. Kalina led the Lions with a three for four day.
Cooper Van Kooten earned his first win while
Trevor Johnson secured his first save of the season. Throughout the game, UAFS allowed only four runs on eight hits.
