UAFS will welcome four new members into its Lions Athletics Hall of Fame during an induction ceremony and dinner at 6 p.m. on Sunday at the Stubblefield Center.
The 2019 Hall of Fame Class will include Sonny Weems, a former men's basketball player; Heidi Luks-Stojanovic, a former volleyball player; Mary Beth S
udduth, a longtime athletics booster, friend of the program and former university administrator; and Louis Whorton, former women's basketball coach.
Individual tickets are $35 and can be purchased through the UAFS Box Office at
tickets.uafs.edu or by calling 479-788-7300. A reserved sponsorship table for eight is $500 and may be purchased through the UAFS Foundation by calling 479-788-7672 or by mailing a check with "Athletics Hall of Fame" in the memo line to UAFS Foundation, P.O. Box 3649, Fort Smith, AR 72913.

Special guest speaker will be University of Arkansas women's basketball coach and Greenwood (Ark.) native Mike Neighbors.
This will be the sixth class inducted into the Lions Athletics Hall of Fame, which was created in the spring of 2010.
