UAFS senior guard Jasmine Brainard had a strong finish to her collegiate playing career last week in the Heartland Conference Women’s Basketball Tournament.

Brainard averaged 12.5 points and 10.5 rebounds per game during the No. 2 seed Lady Lions’ two games in the tournament – a 61-52 win against No. 7 seed Newman and a 78-63 loss to No. 6 seed St. Edward’s.

She was named to the All-Tournament Team.
