2023: Ran a season best 5k time of 22:13.4 at the UAH Chargers Invitational...recorded a 6k time of 27:33.1 at the LSC Championships...LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2022: Competed in three of seven races...ran a 5k time of 20:29.3 at the Missouri Southern Stampede...finished 95th at the LSC Championships...LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2021: Posted a best 5k time of 19:50.8 at the Central Arkansas Challenge...ran a 6k time of 24:54.5 at the South Central Regional...finished in the top three for the Lions in all six events...LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from West Fork High School...a four-time All-State honoree and three-time All-Conference honoree in cross country...best 5k time of 20:32...four-time All-Conference and one-time All-State in track in the 300m hurdles...National Honor Society member.
