2023: Completed all four 8k races in under 30 minutes...ran a personal best 8k of 29:03.6 at the UAH Chargers Invitational...finished the 10k at the NCAA South Central Regional in 37:30.3.
2022: Ran his top 8k of the season at the Chile Pepper Festival with a 30:42.7.
2021: Finished 31st with a 5k time of 17:18.9 at the Central Arkansas Cross Country Challenge...had a best 8k time of 30:23.5 at the Missouri Southern Stampede.
HIGH SCHOOL: An Arkansas All-Star in 2020...three-time All-American (5k, indoor 3000 & indoor 1500m)...top times of 16:29 in the 5k and 10:01 in the 3200...National Honor Society member.
