2023: Finished in the top three in all six races...led the Lions at the Missouri Southern Stampede...ran a personal best 8k of 27:49.9 at the UAH Chargers Invitational...placed 86th at the LSC Championships...LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2022: Posted a personal best in the 10k of 39:24.5...ran a top 8k time of 28:54.3 at the UAH D2 Festival Showcase...placed 85th at the LSC Championships...LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.Â
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2022 graduate of Southside High School...finished 27th in the 6A state championship meet in 2021...finished eighth at the state meet in 2020 and sixth at the 6A West Conference meet...had personal best times of 16:24 in the 5k, 4:26 in the mile and 9:57 in the 3200 meters.
