FORT SMITH, Ark. - University of Arkansas - Fort Smith will unofficially tip off the 2025-26 season Thursday at the Lions make the short trip north to Fayetteville to take on the University of Arkansas in an exhibition game at Bud Walton Arena.

Tipoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. with free admission. This will be the third time in five seasons the Lions have played the Razorbacks in an exhibition game to start the season.

UAFS features 12 new players this season with five returners from a team that went 18-11, 12-7 MIAA in 2024-25 in its first year in the Association.
