ARLINGTON, Texas - University of Arkansas - Fort Smith Men's Tennis saw its season come to a close Thursday when the Lions were defeated by No. 2 seed UT Permian Basin, 4-0, in the quarterfinals of the Lone Star Conference Championship Tournament.
UTPB won the doubles point then won three singles matches to advance.
Anis Ramchane and Juan Rosello had each won their first set at Nos. 1 & 2, respectively, before their matches were abandoned due to the match having already been decided.
UAFS finishes the season with a 4-13 overall record.
