FORT SMITH, Ark. - University of Arkansas - Fort Smith Volleyball will host its annual Pink Game Wednesday against Dallas Baptist before heading back on the road as it continues Lone Star Conference action this week.
UAFS Athletics has teamed up with the Reynolds Cancer Support House for Wednesday's match in support of breast cancer patients. Fans that bring a bottle of Ensure will receive free admission. First serve is set for 6 p.m. at Gayle Kaundart Arena at the Stubblefield Center.
The Lions will then visit St. Edward's at 6 p.m. Friday and St. Mary's at 2 p.m. Saturday. All three matches will be broadcast on the Lone Star Conference Digital Network. Wednesday's match will also be broadcast on Fox Sports Radio FM 103.5. Live stats for all three matches will be available at uafslions.com.

LAST WEEK: UAFS split its home conference weekend, falling to West Texas A&M in four sets and sweeping Cameron.
WE MEET AGAIN: This will be the second time the Lions face the Patriots and Rattlers this season. The teams squared off earlier at the LSC Crossover. DBU beat the Lions in five sets while UAFS defeated the Rattlers in four sets.
RECORD WATCH: Middle blocker Hannah Holland is the career leader with 100 aces. Holland also ranks seventh with 216 total blocks. Setter Chloe Price ranks eighth with 1,104 assists.
SCOUTING DBU: The Patriots are riding a 10-match win streak and are 19-3, 10-1 LSC. DBU leads the league in hitting percentage and aces on offense and its defense has allowed the fewest kills and assists. Outside hitter AJ Koele leads the Patriots with 4.32 kills per set on a .340 percentage while being assisted by setter Lauryn Burt at 10.36 assists per set.
SCOUTING SEU: The Hilltoppers are 6-15, 3-7 LSC and have a matchup at Texas A&M-Kingsville prior to Friday. Right-side hitter Maya Smalls is hitting .259 while averaging 3.43 kills per set while setter Esther Grussing is averaging 7.67 assists per set. Defensively, middle blocker Ajani Hodges is averaging 1.19 blocks per set and libero Sarah Konovodoff is averaging 4.76 digs per set.
SCOUTING STMU: The Rattlers have turned their season around after a slow start by winning their last six matches and sport a 12-9, 8-2 LSC mark. Outside hitter Landri Withers has posted a team-high 2.99 kills per set while libero Alyssa Koehl averages 3.94 digs per set.
THE SERIES: UAFS leads the series with DBU 20-4, leads St. Edward's 22-6 and leads St. Mary's 22-4.
