FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Senior guard Paige Elston led all scorers with 20 points as University of Arkansas – Fort Smith Women's Basketball dropped an exhibition game at Bud Walton Arena against the University of Arkansas, 114-55.

Elston shot 7-for-16 from the floor and 4-for-6 from beyond the arc. UAFS also received a double-digit scoring effort from guard Ashanti Eden, who chipped in 11 points. Forwards Laurissa Campbell and Cacie Gorman led UAFS with five rebounds each.

UAFS shot 33.9 percent for the game and 38.1 percent from three.

This was the first time the Lions took on the Razorbacks in an exhibition contest.

The regular season tips off November 16 at the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
