Lady Lions Back On The Road, Facing Eagles

The UAFS women's basketball team is coming off a tough road loss against the No.1 team in the nation and will be looking to bounce back and return to the winning path as the Lady Lions take on Oklahoma Christian at 2 p.m. on Saturday in Oklahoma City. Going into this game, the Lady Lions are 4-4 overall on the season and 1-1 in the conference play. 

Offensively, UAF team is currently averaging 60.1 points per game, while shooting 39.6 percent from the field, 27.1 percent from beyond the arc and 71.8 percent from the free throw line. The Lady Lions are led in scoring by Paige Elston (12.1 ppg), Ashanti Eden (10.9 ppg) and Mar'Shalia Lollie (9.1 ppg). As a team UAFS also records 10.5 assists per game led by Elston (4.6 apg) and Eden (2 apg).
