Coming off of their first conference loss against Texas A&M-Commerce, the UAFS Volleyball team will face off in a non-conference match against Southern Arkansas Muleriders on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Stubblefield Center.
This will be the fourth meeting between the two teams and so far the Lady Lions have won all three previous matches.
UAFS (13-5, 7-1) is currently hitting at a .260 clip with 829 kills on 2248 attempts and 245 errors. The Lady Lions average 13.2 kills per set.
Anna Demmer (223) leads the Lady Lions in kills and kills per set (3.54) while
Amanda Van Wyk leads the Lady Lions in assists (615) and assists per set (9.76).
Defensively, the Lady Lions hold their opponents to .167 hitting percentage with 772 kills on 2352 attempts and 380 errors.
Lexie Johnston (68) and Demmer (42) lead the team in blocks while
Lexy Lewis leads the Lady Lions in digs (236) and digs per set (3.87).
