The UAFS women's cross country team finished its regular-season on Saturday with an impressive 10
th-place finish in the Little Rock Invitational 5k hosted by the University of Little Rock at Resume Golf Course in Little Rock, Ark.
UAFS was one of 19 teams in the meet, which included six NCAA Division I teams. NCAA Division I Georgia State placed three runners in the Top 10 to win the meet over runner-up NCAA Division I Central Arkansas, which placed two runners in the Top 10.

th with a time of 20:34, senior
Savanna Herbert finished 21:19.2, junior

th with a time of 21:35.7 and redshirt sophomore
Kaylie McVoy finished 128
th with a time 23:22.9.
Harding's Alicja Minczuk won the 157-runnner event with a time of 17:33.
UAFS will spend the three weeks training before competing in the Heartland Conference Meet on Saturday, Nov. 3, at Laredo, Texas.
