Ward averaged 20 points, 8.3 rebounds, one assist and 1.6 steals per game during the Lions' three games last week -- a 77-66 win against Midwestern State, a 77-72 loss to Ouachita Baptist and an 84-78 loss to No. 5/10-ranked Southern Nazarene.

He shot 53 percent from the field (20 of 38), 68 percent from 3-point range (13 of 19) and 58 percent from the free-throw line (7 of 12). He had one double-double during his career performance against Ouachita Baptist.

He scored a career-high 29 points -- eighth-most all-time during the Lions' Division II era -- made a career-high seven 3-pointers and had a career-high 11 rebounds. He also made 7 of 8 3-pointers.
