Senior Brooks Hedstrom led the UAFS men's cross country team for the fourth time in as many meets this season, finishing 25th with a time of 26:34.5 in Saturday's Little Rock Invitational 8K, which was hosted by the University of Little Rock at Rebsamen Park.

UAFS finished its regular-season on Saturday with an impressive ninth-place finish in the race.

UAFS was one of 13 teams in the event, which featured five NCAA Division I teams. Allen County Community College, though, won the event, placing two runners in the Top 10. NCAA Division I Arkansas State was runner-up, placing two runners in the Top 10, too.
