Onstad, a native of Blaine, Minn., earned her first Heartland Conference Defensive Player of the Week honor. 

She had 64 digs, averaging 5.82 digs per set. Onstad had a weekend-high 23 digs against No. 10 Central Missouri and added 21 digs against then No. 25 Missouri Western. 

Onstad also had 20 digs in a five-set win over Ouachita Baptist to close out the weekend.
