Senior Emily Tripp was named Heartland Conference Libero of the Week,
It was the fifth time this season for Tripp to earn the honor. The Bonner Springs, Kan., native collected 99 digs and averaged 9.9 digs per set during the three matches. She also had nine assists and served three aces.
Tripp is now ranked No. 1 in the nation in digs per set (7.11) and No. 2 in total digs (569). Her efforts have helped make the Lady Lions No. 4 in the nation in digs per set (19.95) and No. 16 in the nation in total digs (1,596).
