Sophomore Madison TreesĀ helped lead the UAFS women's cross country team to a sixth-place finish on Saturday during the sixth annual University of the Ozarks Invitational 5K at Clarksville.
UAFS scored 151 points in the meet, which featured 10 teams. Harding won the meet, placing seven runners in the Top 10 and scoring 17 points. Arkansas Tech finished second (84 points), followed by John Brown (105), Delta State (130), the University of Dallas (132), UAFS, Williams Baptist (177), the University of the Ozarks (195), Oklahoma Wesleyan (197) and Central Baptist College (267).
Trees, who has led UAFS at every meet this season, finished 14thĀ with a time of 20:35.
