Sophomore Jesus Galindo was true to form on Saturday, leading the UAFS Lions to a 25th place finish in the college division of the 27th annual Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival at University of Arkansas' Agri Park in Fayetteville.

Galindo, who is from Springdale, Ark., covered the 8k course in a time of 26:06.64 and finished 160th in the college division. He has led the Lions in all three of their meets this spring, including winning the inaugural UAFS-Trinity Invitational two weeks ago.
